Complete font families, for all media, in perpetuity, with one license, defined by one metric.
The only metric we use is company size. Not impressions, not installs, not guesswork. This ensures fairness across the board, supporting solo creators and scaling responsibly for larger teams.
In 2023 we introduced the Everyone’s A Winner (EOAW!) “fonts in a box” license to simplify font licensing, making it fair, transparent, and accessible. We based it on our own experience of licensing fonts for ourselves and on behalf of corporate clients.
In 2025, we surveyed all of our existing customers and demo downloaders and the feedback confirmed we were nearly there, and helped us fine-tune it to support more creative teams, more fairly.
The feedback helped us refine a model that’s straightforward and fair for everyone, from solo designers to global companies. No confusion over formats or media. No complicated matrixes. Just clear, sustainable pricing designed for the whole creative community.

Use your company's total headcount — not just the number of designers or people who'll use the font. Include all employees, full-time and part-time. If you're freelancing solo, you're a 1. If you're unsure, just ask us.
What if I only need one style?
Fair question, and one we asked ourselves.
Most designers only use one or two weights in a project — and most brand guidelines specify just that. But systems evolve, teams expand, platforms multiply.
Our pricing is based on the typical cost of licensing 1–2 styles, but the full family is included. That way you can experiment, adjust, and explore without the pressure of paying extra as the design evolves.
WHAT’S INCLUDED
Every license includes the full font family — all styles, all formats (.otf, .woff, .woff2, variable .ttf) — for permanent use across all of the following:
| Use | Included |
|---|---|
| Desktop & print | ✓ |
| Web (one domain) | ✓ |
| Logo / wordmark (one) | ✓ |
| Email & digital marketing | ✓ |
| Social media | ✓ |
| Video & broadcast | ✓ |
| App, game or OS title (one) | ✓ |
| PDF embedding | ✓ |
What are the limits?
One license covers one brand, one web domain, and one app, game or OS title. Each additional brand, domain, or title requires a separate license. No page-view caps, no traffic limits, no annual renewals.
For anything outside this scope — multiple brands, white-labelling, or custom modifications — get in touch.
For full terms, see the Font EULA.
STUDENTS
We’ve been there. Tuition, rent, meal deals, and now software subscriptions…
That’s why we’ve set a student license tier at $5 for each font we distribute directly.
When you click Buy on the font you want select Student License in the company size dropdown and get an instant download after checkout.
It’s for non-commercial student projects only. If you’re doing paid freelance or working with a studio, choose the appropriate company tier.
If you use the fonts for anything we’d love to see your work.

PHILOSOPHY
Having worked with fonts from every angle—solo designers, studio teams, brand consultants, and now as a type publisher ourselves—we know how complicated licensing can get. So the goal was always simple: make it feel like buying something off the shelf. Everything you need in one package, one set of terms, yours to keep forever.
We stripped out the complexity:
• no per-style pricing
• no media restrictions
• no viewer counts
• no expiration
In its place, one metric: company size. Intuitive, fair, and easy to implement.
Our licensing continues to be based on the total number of employees at the company licensing the font, not number of people or designers using it. It’s the simplest proxy for actual value derived from a font.
A global company might only have one designer installing the font, but they can use it to communicate with a much larger audience and could be deploying it across packaging, advertising, social media, and TV, leveraging far more than a local studio using it on their website.
Our model ensures fairness across the board—supporting solo creators and smaller teams and scaling responsibly for larger ones.
The overwhelming majority of customers said the pricing feels fair—or even excellent—especially considering what’s included. Our goal remains: support small teams ethically, while scaling appropriately for bigger companies.
While feedback said to keep pricing much the same we’ve updated tiers slightly. The brackets map neatly to how companies are structured in reality, and how org tools (like LinkedIn or CRM forms) categorize them. They’re pre-existing, not invented.
We offer exceptional value across all tiers compared to average market pricing. The independent level is generous, the corporate still below market.
Pricing rises along a smooth curve, increasing value and usage scope as company size scales.
Cost per employee drops significantly; larger companies pay more in total, but much less per employee.
One simple perpetual license
All styles, all formats. No renewals, no hidden fees. Yours to keep.
Scaled by size, not views
You pay based on your company’s total headcount — not impression counts, traffic, or how many designers use it.
Desktop and web bundled
One license covers both. Always has, always will.
No inflated pricing
The price you see is the real price. We don’t mark up to discount down.
